For e.g. Letʼs start with hypertension - A recent study on men aged 20–82 years was published in the American Journal of Hypertension 2010 where a healthy lifestyle was shown to significantly reduce the risk of developing hypertension. Results indicated that managing or reducing the unhealthy lifestyle risk factors significantly reduced the risk of hypertension by 47%.
